Building: 545 Wyn is a new 8 story construction with 298,000 sq/ft of office and retail located in Miami Florida.  The building is clad with unitized aluminum curtain wall and aluminum window wall. 

Scope of Services: Brandt Enclosure Consulting Inc. (BEC) was contracted by Sterling Bay of Chicago to document the laboratory mockup construction and testing.   BEC assisted with issue resolution during the mockup testing activities. 

During Construction BEC performed periodic site observations to review and document the onsite installations of the exterior vertical enclosure assemblies. BEC assisted with issue resolution during construction and witnessed/documented the onsite water penetration testing.
